Sydney Greer
Owner & Founder of Delightful Planning
Sydney Greer is the owner and founder of Delightful Planning, host of The Wedding Buzz Podcast, and Amazon bestselling author of Your Day, Your Way. With a background in Hospitality and Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University and an MBA in Project Management from Capella University, Sydney combines strategic planning expertise with a passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences.
Known for her calm presence, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Sydney founded Delightful Planning to help couples feel supported throughout every stage of the wedding planning process. Her goal is simple: create seamless wedding days where couples can fully celebrate, stay present in the moment, and truly enjoy the experience they worked so hard to create.
When she’s not planning weddings, Sydney is a devoted auntie, proud cat mom, and lover of vanilla coffee, Alani energy drinks, and espresso martinis. She’s usually rewatching New Girl or Schitt’s Creek when she finds a moment to relax.
Kaylee
Wedding Content Creator & Planning Assistant
Kaylee is a wedding content creator and planning assistant who loves capturing the behind-the-scenes moments that make wedding days unforgettable. From documenting candid memories to supporting wedding day logistics, she helps couples relive the excitement and emotion of their celebration long after the day is over.
Her upbeat personality, creativity, and attention to detail make her an essential part of the Delightful Planning team. Kaylee is passionate about helping create meaningful experiences while ensuring every wedding day feels smooth, exciting, and memorable.
Outside of weddings, she’s a proud dog mom, lifelong Swiftie, and runs on Dunkin’ and excitement for beautiful celebrations. When she’s off the clock, you’ll usually find her watching New Girl or gaming on her Nintendo Switch with her husband.
Willow
Planning Assistant
Willow brings organization, adaptability, and a calm under pressure attitude to every wedding day. Working full-time as a paraprofessional within the school system has helped her master multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills that naturally translate into the fast-paced world of weddings.
As a planning assistant, Willow supports behind the scenes with setup, logistics, details, and ensuring everything runs smoothly throughout the day. Her ability to jump in wherever needed helps create a seamless experience for both couples and vendors.
In addition to weddings, she also teaches swim lessons, making her no stranger to busy schedules and people-focused environments. Her favorite part of weddings is watching all the details come together and knowing she played a role in creating meaningful memories for couples and their families.
Angela
Planning Assistant
Angela is a certified wedding planner with a passion for celebrating life’s biggest moments and creating positive experiences for every couple she works with. Her organized mindset, outgoing personality, and ability to balance moving parts make her an incredible support system on wedding days.
Originally from Illinois, Angela brings both professionalism and fun energy to the Delightful Planning team. Whether she’s helping manage timelines, assisting vendors, or supporting couples throughout the day, she thrives in creating organized and stress-free celebrations.
When she’s not working weddings, Angela enjoys paddleboarding, listening to music, and surviving busy days with Hi-Chews and Alani energy drinks. As the middle daughter in her family, she naturally knows how to navigate personalities, stay organized, and keep everything moving smoothly.
Diana
Planning Assistant
Diana is a project analyst, creative thinker, and problem solver who brings both structure and creativity into the wedding planning world. With a degree in Sport and Recreation Management and a passion for connecting with people, she loves helping couples bring their wedding vision to life in a way that feels seamless and memorable.
As a mom of three grown boys and a proud cat mom, Diana understands the importance of meaningful moments and family-centered celebrations. Her ability to stay organized while thinking creatively makes her an invaluable part of the Delightful Planning team.
She enjoys being part of the excitement behind wedding days and helping create experiences couples will remember for years to come.
Mani
Planning Assistant
Mani is currently pursuing her dream of attending physical therapy school and has always had a passion for helping and connecting with people — something that naturally makes her a great fit for the wedding industry.
As a planning assistant, she brings a calm, positive presence to wedding days while supporting couples and vendors behind the scenes. Mani loves watching every detail come together and helping create celebrations that feel joyful, organized, and memorable.
When she’s not assisting at weddings, she’s usually watching Say Yes to the Dress or grabbing a Red Bull to keep up with busy days. Her warm personality and willingness to jump in wherever needed make her an important part of the Delightful Planning team.
Georgia
Administrative Support & Client Concierge
Georgia provides administrative support and client concierge services for Delightful Planning, helping keep the behind-the-scenes operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. From client communication and workflow management to operational support, she helps ensure couples receive a seamless experience throughout the planning process.
With extensive experience supporting wedding professionals and service-based businesses, Georgia brings organization, efficiency, and structure to the Delightful Planning team. Her support allows the planning team to stay focused on delivering an elevated and personalized experience for every couple.
When she’s not working behind the scenes, Georgia loves gardening and getting her hands dirty while growing her own vegetables, soaking up the sunshine, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She’s also an avid reader who’s usually juggling two or three books at a time and treasures every moment spent with her family.
